One lazy Sunday afternoon, The Man yelled down to Sunshine, “What are you doing?”
“Just watching church, daddy!” She yelled back.
How great is that? Taking her own precious childhood time to watch church and learn about God on her little Dora TV!
But when he actually went downstairs a short time later, he found her watching Cristina’s Court. “What’s this?” he asked, “I thought you were watching church.”
“I am.” She said.
Lord, I am sorry.
I will take her to a REAL church soon…I will!

A delightful children's comment.
Well, Cristina DOES wear a robe, it's an easy mistake ;)
I watched that show late last night, that's how I know. haha
Now I feel like I need to watch Christina's Court...
I don't think I've ever seen it before.
Well, Cristina does speak with a lot of conviction. Heh.
The atheist that I am wants to say something but I am restraining myself.
HAR HAR HAR!
As a regular church goer I'm so not judging, sometimes church feels like court to me too.
Kids are so silly :-) Hey at least she was thinking about church. How many little kids would take a Sunday to look for it on TV?
Haha, I guess in some ways, it is kind of like church, eh? Very abstract ways.
goldy, the Christian that I am appreciates it.
mommasworld - she's actually watched the "REAL" church on tv before, too!
I would watch church on t.v. when I was little- mostly because t.v. church is such a freakshow.
lol...what the heck is Christina's court?
Oh , and Hey! Nice to see you blogging!
At least it wasn't porn.
lmao @ sugar kane...what is Christine's Court..never heard of it...maybe I am missing out?lol
That's funny. To think that watching court TV is like church. I can see the similarities...There's someone at a "pulpit" telling you what is right and wrong.
Oh my gosh, that's so stinking funny. HAHAHAHA. I bet she didn't get why you were all laughing so hard!
That is so cute. I wonder why she thought it was church? Little kids are so very funny. You would never know what's going on their little heads unless they told you.
