Luckily, girls are completely invisible to my kindergartner. He is pretty much unable to tell me any of the girls' names in his class.

He already talks about his 'girlfriend" in preschool . Lord! (of course he doesn't truly know that that means, thank GOD)

yes, Connor had several "girlfriends" in K who wrote love notes back and forth to him. It scared the c-r-a-p out of me. ohmyword. SCARY! :)

Just another reason why I'm thankful I have a boy!
Princess Fluffy has a "boyfriend." It's all so very bizarre to me. No love letters yet, though he did write his name on a piece of paper for her. Hey, it's Kindergarten... that's about the extent of the poor boy's ability to express his love.
So, yeah! Good luck with locking up that girl. Thirty five, huh? How old are YOU, again?
It could be worse. You could have five year old who declares her intentions to chase certain boys. I always thought the moat full of alligators around the house would be to keep the boys out, not to keep the little hussy in.

lol I used to have the same problem. In kindergarten I had a boy that would chase me around the playground. He was in first grade. Then in third grade I had a boy that would call me numerous times a day and buy me snacks at snack time. lol
